EquaZen Massage

Your first massage therapy session includes 10 minutes for an initial assessment (which does not include filling out the health history form; I recommend completing it before the session) and 1 hour of hands-on treatment. During the assessment, we’ll discuss your health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. This helps ensure the session is safe, effective, and customized to your needs. The full hour of massage will follow right after the assessment.
Please wear comfortable clothing for your appointment, and be prepared to remove items as needed for the massage. Your comfort and privacy will remain our top priority as we use professional draping during your treatment.

Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment!
